REVISED MRP CAN BE DISPLAYED

AS WE ALL KNOWS GST WAS IMPLEMENTED W.E.F. 1ST DAY JULY, 2017. IN SOME OF THE CASES RETAIL SALE PRICE OF A PRE-PRACKED COMMODITY IS REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED. FOR THIS PURPOSE HON'BLE MINISTER FOR CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION HAD ALLOWED THE MANUFACTURERS OR PACKERS OR IMPORTERS OF PRE-PACKAGED COMMODITIES TO DECLARE REVISED RETAIL SALE PRICE (MRP) IN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING RETAIL SALE PRICE (MRP), FOR 3 MONTH STARTING FROM 01 DAY OF JULY, 2017.

DECLARATION REGARDING CHANGED MRP WILL BE ALLOWED BY WAY OF STAMPING, PUTTING STICKER, ONLINE PRINTING, AS THE CASE MAY BE.

IT HAS BEEN ALLOWED FOR USE OF UNEXHAUSTED PACKING MATERIAL/WRAPPER UPTO 30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2017 AFTER MAKING THE NECESSARY CORRECTIONS.

SO WE CAN USE THE REVISED MRP UPTO 31ST DECEMBER, 2017

Click on this link:  http://www.mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/companyformsdownload.html Procedure to be followed for the purposes of the scheme:- (1) In the case of defaulting companies whose names have not been removed from register of companies, (Meaning thereby this scheme is applicable to ACTIVE COMPANIES ONLY)- i) The DINs of the disqualified directors de-activated at present shall be temporarily activated during the validity of the scheme to enable them to file the overdue documents. ii) The defaulting company shall file the overdue documents in the respective prescribed eForms paying the statutory filing fee and additional fee payable as per section 403 of the Act read with Companies (Registration Offices and fee) Rules, 2014 for filing these overdue documents. iii) The defaulting company after filing documents under this scheme, shall seek condonation of delay by filing form e-CODS 2018 attached to this scheme...

Finance Bill 2017 Proposed a New Section - 234F regarding Fee for delay in filing of Income Tax Return

In view of the non-intrusive information-driven approach for improving tax compliance and effective utilization of information in tax administration, it is important that the returns are filed within the due dates specified in section 139(1). Further, the reduced time limits proposed for making of assessment are also based on pre-requisite that returns are filed on time. In order to ensure that return is filed within due date, it is proposed to insert a new section 234F in the Act to provide that a fee for delay in furnishing of return shall be levied from the assessment year 2018-19 and onwards in a case where the return is not filed within the due dates specified for filing of return under sub-section (1) of section 139.
